When I was in high school, we used to buy flags like military flags , state flags and US Flags . We used the flags for our intramurals and other school activities. High school is really fun and exciting. I got a lot of good memories during my high school days. We have learned a lot on how to develop our personality. We were taught about the grace and perfect alignment. Grace is beauty. It is the quality every young man and woman wants. The right time to learn the art of graceful movement is during your developing years. Think of the grace and beauty in the ease with which peasants carry jars of waters or baskets. Proper carriage is a result of practice. As you practice becoming more poised each day, take a few minutes to let your mind become the video camera.

Close your eyes and envision the way you want to sit and walk stand and move. Each day you will become a little more at ease with the new picture of yourself. I really enjoyed the teachings of my wonderful teachers in high school. They really played an important role with my life as an individual. I owe them a lot for what I was able to accomplish.
